Alto is the inspired brainchild of two passionate doers, Syrine and Omar. Their entwined story began over 20 years ago.
One could recount their serendipitous meeting on high school benches, the enchanting chapters spent in Paris and Stockholm, or the arduous yet rewarding days building the studio from scratch in Tunis.
However, these delightful anecdotes are best shared over warm smiles when you meet them in person.
They passionately believe that companies have the potential to improve people's daily life. But the dominant models and approaches make it harder, slower, and more complicated than needed.
And so, Alto was born - a genuine alternative for business leaders like you: a collaborative approach that connects thoughtful, analytical thinking with meaningful, empathic creativity.
SYRINE SELLAMI
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Syrine is passionate about art, design, finding real problems and creating sustainable solutions with meanings.
She has a solid experience in human centered design process and product creation.
Syrine worked on innovation projects for world’s largest organisations such as L’Oréal, Saint-Gobain and Zodiac.
She has a M. in Innovation and Design Thinking from STRATE in Paris and MSc in Industrial Design from ESSTED in Tunis.
OMAR BEN AMMAR
CO-FOUNDER
Omar works with business leaders to solve problems that don’t have a playbook, using business strategy, design and innovation tools.
Prior to co-founding Alto, he worked as a Marketing and Customer Experience Consultant at Accenture and later as Business Designer at Fjord Paris.
He has a BSc in System Engineering from KTH Sweden, MSc in Industrial Engineering from ENSTA ParisTech and MSc in Strategy and Organization from Paris-Sorbonne University.
